I dabble in music myself.
The instruments I own are basically keyboards, a wind synthesiser (EWI), a ukulele, electric guitars, and an electro-acoustic guitar.
If I had to pick a main one, it would probably be the synthesiser.
That said, I wouldn’t really call myself a keyboardist or pianist.
As for guitars, I have two electrics: one Yamaha and one Ibanez.
My electro-acoustic is a Yamaha too.
Yes, I like Yamaha instruments.

Saying “their lack of distinctive character is their character” might sound like an insult, but I don’t mean it that way.
The sound is just incredibly straightforward.
There aren’t any strange quirks, and they’re easy to play.
The quality is also very good for the price.
Even at entry level, they still feel like proper instruments.
I love Yamaha instruments.
