ShortWave.STUDIO (operator: Yuta Hayakawa; hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information relating to users of the Site in accordance with applicable laws and the following policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the handling of information on shortwave.studio and on any other webpage where we expressly state that this Policy applies.
The handling of information by external services or third-party websites linked from the Site is governed by the privacy policies and other terms established by their respective providers.

4. Google Services
The Site uses Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdSense, Google’s Consent Management Platform (CMP), and related services provided by Google.
Through these services, information concerning access to and use of the Site, advertising impressions and clicks, conversions and similar activity may be transmitted to Google using cookies and other technologies. 7. Embedded Content, Including YouTube
The Site may embed content provided by YouTube or other third-party services. When embedded content is displayed or interacted with, information such as IP address, browser information and browsing activity may be transmitted to the relevant third party, and cookies or similar technologies may be used.
8. Cloudflare Turnstile
The Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile on contact forms and similar functions to prevent spam, bots and other misuse. Device, browser, network and other information necessary for abuse detection may be transmitted to Cloudflare in connection with the use of Turnstile.
Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary for security purposes.
9. External Resources
The Site may load fonts, icons, scripts and other resources from external delivery services including Google Fonts and Font Awesome. In doing so, IP addresses, browser information and other information technically necessary for the communication may be transmitted to the relevant provider.
10. Disclosure to Third Parties and Processing by External Providers
Except where required or otherwise permitted by law, we do not provide personal data to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.
However, Google, Amazon, Cloudflare and other external providers may process information to the extent necessary for operation of the Site, analytics, advertising, security, affiliate services and other purposes described in this Policy. Such providers may process or store information outside Japan.
11. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with applicable law, to address disputes or for other legitimate purposes. When information is no longer required, we endeavour to delete or anonymise it by reasonable means.
Retention periods for information stored by third-party services are governed by the relevant provider’s policies and settings.
12. Security
We take reasonable operational and technical measures to reduce the risks of unauthorised access, disclosure, loss, destruction or alteration of information handled by us.
13. User Choices and Rights
Users may select or change their choices concerning cookies and similar technologies where required or permitted by law through cookie settings, browser settings, Google’s CMP or other mechanisms provided on the Site.
