One topic that never seems to die on the internet is the eternal debate over how much RAM a computer really needs.
You’d think it could all be wrapped up with a simple, “Well, that depends on what you’re trying to do,” but apparently not. Somewhere, people are probably arguing about it right now.
Don’t they have anything better to do?
…I mean, I don’t, but still.
Anyway, when it comes to RAM, these days it feels like the main camps are the 16 GB crowd and the 32 GB crowd. Back then, the 8 GB crowd was everywhere, but they’ve become surprisingly rare lately.
